How it works

A search, not a spray.

VS Recruitment is Viktorija Sherriff’s headhunting practice. You pay £450 to start. She works her network. You meet people she can honestly recommend.

  1. 1

    The brief

Tell her the role, the sector, and what “good” looks like on a Tuesday morning — not only the job title. Built sector, digital marketing or AI. Confidential searches are normal.

  2. 2

    The fee

£450 upfront. That is the engagement. It pays for the search to begin: mapping the network, approaching people quietly, and protecting your name until there is a reason to share it.

  3. 3

    The network

She only recruits through her own extensive network. A decade of UK recruitment in construction, facilities, property, PPC and newer AI roles. No job-board scraping. No volume CV spray.

  4. 4

    The shortlist

You meet people who have been spoken to as professionals, not harvested as keywords. Credentials that matter on site or in an ads account are checked, not assumed from a PDF.

Discreet hires

Because Viktorija headhunts and does not advertise on job boards, you can hire discreetly. The role is not posted. The market does not see a vacancy with your name on it. People are approached through her network, one conversation at a time.

What you get

A specialist UK headhunter, not a portal.

VS Recruitment is not a portal and it is not a volume desk. Viktorija Sherriff takes a brief, takes a £450 engagement fee if the search is a fit, and then works her own network. She has spent a decade in UK recruitment across the built sector, PPC and digital marketing, and newer AI roles. That is the whole model.

Clients who are used to agency theatre sometimes expect a dashboard and a weekly PDF of names. That is not what the fee buys. It buys a specialist who will call people she can actually reach, speak to them as professionals, and only put forward a shortlist she is prepared to stand behind. If the brief is wrong, she will say so before anyone pays.

Confidential searches are normal. Advertising is not the first move. Job-board scraping is not a move she makes at all. If you want a spray of CVs, this is the wrong firm. If you want a search, start on the Contact page.

  • One person running the search — Viktorija, not a junior desk
  • Network-only approach in built sector, PPC and AI
  • A shortlist you can take to a board without wincing
  • No pretence that volume equals quality

Questions

FAQs

What is the £450 fee?

It is an upfront engagement fee that opens a named search. It is not a listing charge and it is not payment for a batch of unsolicited CVs. Viktorija starts work when the fee is paid.

Do you advertise the role?

No. She headhunts through her own network and does not advertise the role on job boards. That is why you can hire discreetly: the vacancy is not public, and your name stays quiet until there is a reason to share it.

Which sectors do you cover?

Built sector recruitment (construction, facilities, site and project management, property), digital marketing recruitment (PPC, Google Ads, Meta, GA4, performance), and AI / digital transformation roles in the UK.

How long does a search take?

It depends on the brief and who is movable. A specialist search is not a same-week CV drop. You will know early if the network can reach the right people.

Do you work with candidates who apply cold?

This is a headhunting practice, not a job board. Speculative CVs are not the model. If a search is live and someone in the network is a fit, that is a different conversation.

What do clients actually get?

A tightened brief, a confidential approach to people Viktorija can reach, and a shortlist she is prepared to stand behind. Not a portal login. Not fifty “maybes”.
